- Management and Workforce: Management structure, number of workers, shift arrangements, and labor organization.
- Production Capacity and Customers: Daily/weekly/monthly output, machinery and production lines, production history, and key customer references.
- Quality Control System: Quality procedures, implementation practices, QC personnel, and related documentation.
- Client-Specific Concerns: Any additional focus areas requested by the client.
