About this service
Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI)
A Pre-Shipment Inspection is a comprehensive quality check conducted on randomly selected units across all batches of your order once production reaches a defined level of completion. This is the final chance to identify and correct issues before products are fully finished and packed—helping you avoid costly import risks and ensuring confidence before shipment.
PSI verifies that goods meet all buyer specifications and comply with purchase order or letter-of-credit requirements. A Final Random Inspection (FRI) is performed when at least 80% of the order is completed and export-packed, with samples chosen according to internationally recognized standards.

Continuous, on-site monitoring of production—either full inspection of 100% finished products or periodic checks throughout manufacturing.
We provide daily reports with photos, giving you complete visibility as if you were physically at the factory. Ideal for:
- High-value or premium products

- Key customers
- Large or complex projects
Sample Picking (SAMPLE)
Independent, impartial selection and sealing of production samples for client verification. Additional inspections can be conducted upon request.
